A funny car is really a drag racing car which has the engine placed in front along with a carbon fiber body placed over the chassis. It has an appearance that resembles cars fashioned with the engine underneath the hood. Nowadays, classic funny cars which were produced in years past by Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet or Dodge are generally used in the National Hotrod Association.
